Healthy Minds Calderdale are offering you a 10 week wellbeing course. Learn how to look after your health and wellbeing through the practice of Yoga.
The course is for all levels, you don’t need to have done Yoga before, you don’t even need a Yoga mat. Just some comfortable clothing and willingness to try.
This course will look at connectedness, self-acceptance, self-compassion, building resilience, developing inner resources, focus, concentration and spirituality.
The course will start 6th May at 1pm online via Zoom.

Women of Calderdale are invited to join us for a celebration of International Women’s Day 2020 on Thursday March 5th, from 11am to 2pm at Queen’s Road Neighbourhood Centre.
There will be hot buffet lunch, refreshments, free raffle as well as local services and lots of free information.
Plus an interactive workshop run by All 1 Collective & Lab and a Free Yoga taster session.

We are looking for qualified volunteers specialising in a variety of areas including nutrition, Thai Chi, massage and yoga.
If you hold a diploma and over 2 years experience in one of these or a similar area and can spare a few hours each week we would love to hear from you!

This one-off yoga workshop is for anyone who experiences mental distress and would like to learn practical techniques, gain insight and understanding of how yoga can help.
Friday 13 January 2017 – 12.30pm to 4pm
The workshop will focus on grounding, look at techniques to raise energy levels and aid deep relaxation.
