MOMs Growing and Glowing Project BoxFit Classes is an 8 week programme funded by Local Care Direct and CFFC Health and Wellbeing fund to tackle the inequalities in health within Calderdale

Classes are free to attend however donations are welcome!
Open access to all but numbers may be limited due to COVID safety restrictions.
This is a children friendly event as we are aware it is the summer holidays.

The event will be finished at around 12pm and if you can only make it for part of the time you are still welcome – There a few car parking spaces at the front of the Fire Station but please don’t go round the side or the back as that space is for the Fire service vehicles.
As a woman, as a girl do you feel you have to wear a mask? to your family, to partners, to your children, to ‘society’? And have you done this so long its hard to remember who the real ‘you’ is?
You are invited to join in for a celebration of the women’s words, their art works and photographs on Friday 15 January 2016 at Elsie Whitely Innovation Centre, Hopwood Lane, Halifax.
This creative presentation will be led by Sharon Marsden from verd de gris who will be joined by some of the women themselves, speaking their words, leading singing with strength and pride.
