Dashing through the snow…
Junior Wardens from St Malachy’s and Dean Field schools sang a mixture of old and new Christmas carols for the elderly residents of Illingworth yesterday helped by colleagues from Calderdale Council, the Community Wardens and the Ovenden Initiative.
Even though its snowed and sleeted and we all got wet, it was great to see the elderly residents smile and the young people wish them a Merry Christmas…..
