The Illingworth & Bradshaw Local Activities Group are now running two Pilates Classes every Thursday at Illingworth Moor Methodist Church as follows:
- Intermediate Pilates – 10am to 11am
- Beginners Pilates Class – 11am to 12noon
These Pilates sessions are open to both men and women at a cost of just £3 per person so go along and give it a try.
Please note – The Beginners Pilates Class will not start until Thursday 14 April
The High Fives group are holding Pilates sessions and your first class is FREE to attend.
Pilates strengthens core muscles so please check with your doctor if you have any health issues which could effect you taking part.

Pilates is a system of exercise that focusses on strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength and posture.
Take part in Clinical based Pilates Classes, working for mobility in joints and strength in the core and pelvic floor! Beginners are welcome to this exercise class run by a qualified teacher to level 3 CYQ in clinical based pilates.
Saturdays from 4pm to 5pm – £5 per class
