Are you thinking of applying to Dean Field School for your child to start Reception in September 2023?

Please come along to our open evening on November 3rd between 4-5pm.

We will be able to include all the below and also offer a FREE stay and play taster session in our Nursery.

  • Open to all family members and children to look around.
  • Opportunity to meet teachers and staff who will start your children on their school journey.
  • Tour around our wonderful school including Reception Class and playground.
  • Play in the Reception classroom.
  • Ask any questions you may have with our helpful staff whilst enjoying a drink and a biscuit!

Stay and play enquiries can be booked through the office and entails a one hour stay and play session for your child/children and their parent.

Get an introduction to street theatre with Bradshaw Mummers

Bradshaw Mummers are holding two open evenings to introduce newcomers to their form of historical style street theatre.

Wednesdays 11 and 18 January 2017 from 8.30pm
At the Arch-Way Project, Arden Road Social Club, Halifax HX1 3AG

The nationally renowned team perform short plays for laughs at a variety of festivals and events on several weekends throughout the spring and summer.

They will soon be casting and rehearsing for this year’s play, so this is a great opportunity to meet the team and see how you might be part of it.
