Advice and Guidance Drop-in every second Friday at Innovations Children’s Centre

North Halifax Partnership along with Halifax Opportunities Trust are bringing advice and guidance sessions in our Sure Start Children’s centres around employment and applying or jobs, support with applying for universal credit and signposting to specialist services around mental health, debt and much more.

For North and East Halifax, the nearest advice centre is

Sessions run every 2 weeks on a Friday from 9.00am to 12.30pm

Take Me On Job Club with C&K Careers

ckcareers The take me on job club with C&K Careers for 16 to 19 years; includes small group work sessions, interview practice, one to one appointments, access to the latest job vacancies and more.

Every Wednesday – 2pm to 4pm
At Halifax Careers Centre, 16 Alexandra Street, Halifax, HX1 1BS

Refreshments will be provided, as well as bus fares up to the value of £2.50 per session and also an incentive of £5.00 for your first interview as well as a £15 voucher when you get a job or Apprenticeship.

Go along to a job club for 16-19 year olds and get help and support on your journey to find work including CV’s, interview practice, Job Search, Covering Letters, Electronic applications and more.

Every Wednesday – 2pm to 4pm
