Elim Church Jubilee Street Party on Sunday 5th June
Halifax Elim Church invite you to their Platinum Jubilee Street Party at Illingworth Children’s Centre on Sunday the 5th of June.
The event is free, starting at 2pm. There will be Live Entertainment, Cream tea, dancing, lots of fun and games, including face painting and child friendly crafts.

Halifax Elim Church run 2 children’s clubs in the area once a month in Whitehill school and the Challengers every Sunday in the Illingworth Children’s centre.
The Jubilee celebration is funded by their charity shop on Illingworth road Charity 1st.

Christmas at Illingworth Community Children’s Centre
Illingworth Community Children’s Centre will be holding a special FREE Christmas event on Saturday 15 December, 11:00am-1:00pm.
BOOKING is essential if you want to see Santa so please ring the centre on 01422 243633 to secure your place! Once your place is secured they will send you a unique reference by text that you will need to provide on the day.
There will be Christmas crafts (including making Reindeer Food, a magic show, lunch and refreshments.
Halloween Party at Illingworth Children’s Centre
Look forward to a spooky (but not TOO spooky!) Halloween Party at Illingworth Community Children’s Centre, Occupation Lane on Friday 26 October, 4:00pm-5:30pm.
There will be fancy dress, pass the parcel, biscuit decorating and lantern making.

Christmas Wreath Making at Illingworth Children’s Centre
Illingworth Children’s Centre, Occupation Lane, Illingworth, Halifax HX2 9RL is holding an event on Friday 23 November, 9:15am-11:45am giving you the chance to make your own Christmas Wreaths.
A family learning activity creating your Christmas Wreath using natural materials for use on your door or as a table decoration. Children can have a great time getting creative and getting excited about the festive season.

Cooking with a bang at Illingworth Children’s Centre
A 3 week family cooking activity making family friendly food with a theme of autumn and bonfire night. The sessions will be adults only for the first 2 weeks with children aged 3-6 included in the final session – Creche on site for 2 weeks.
