Hebden Bridge Art Festival
2018 is the 25th Hebden Bridge Arts Festival. For centuries the Calder Valley has been proudly nonconformist and this year the festival is celebrating this and bringing a raft of rule breakers, mark-makers and chance-takers !
Over 9 days Friday 22 June-1 July the lively and diverse line up includes street entertainment, visual arts, music and theatre in surprising locations.
All the town’s a stage with two days of fantastic free street theatre and a whole weekend of Open Studios and gardens. Back inside there’s a feast of visual arts, music, comedy, spoken word and performance. Water is the theme this year, so take a stroll along the Rochdale canal, the river Calder or Hebden water and explore studios and follow our trail of decorated trees. Come and join us, there’s something for everyone! For a listing of all events check out the At a Glance guide. You can also use the search box, or browse by date, artist or category.
