Staying Well now have a peer support group every Tuesday 11 – 12 at the Hanson Lane Staying Well Hub (at the Hanson Lane Enterprise Centre).
This is a safe space to discuss any problems or issues in a friendly atmosphere with professional 1:1 support if needed. On the other hand, sometimes all you want is a cup of tea (or coffee!) and a chat.
