Grant provides fresh look for Holmfield Bowling Clubhouse

The Holmfield Bowling Club recently received a North Halifax staying well grant of £1,300 which was used to help develop and sustain the future of the club.

The grant has allowed them to purchase bowling equipment to attract new members, pay green fees and to buy decorating equipment for club members to re-paint their clubhouse.

The club now has a healthy membership of 50 and the below photographs show 3 of the members who took part in decorating the clubhouse as well as members taking part in a game of bowls.
