Calderdale Staying Safe is here for any individual aged 16+ who experience domestic or relationship abuse.

Our service is free and confidential, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, disability, religion or ethnic origin.

A diverse, experienced and skilled staff of female and male advisers is here to listen and where necessary, signpost you to the right organisations.

If English isn’t your first language, we may have advisers who can speak your language or access a team of interpreters.

You do not have to suffer in silence

The service is open to female and male victims as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Men can call 01422 323339 to make an appointment with a male victim support worker and can arrange a suitable venue at that time.

We know that is can be difficult for male victims to ask for support  but please reach out if you need help.”

DaizyBell Housing Service Manager – Closing December 7th

Are you passionate about supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse?

Do you have housing management experience?

Do you have the leadership skills to mould a developing service and take it to the next level?

We would love to hear from you if you believe that every woman deserves a safe and decent home in which they can reach their full potential, and if you have the knowledge, skills and experience to make this project a success. We are especially keen to hear from high impact individuals that have the determination to make a significant and sustained contribution. 

You will provide high quality, proactive and confidential tenant focused housing management services to enable vulnerable women escaping Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence to maintain a confidential tenancy and achieve independent living in dispersed units of accommodation located across the Bradford district. You will supervise staff, raise the profile of Daizybell Homes and liaise with funders and partners in Bradford and Hull

The salary for this post is NJC scale 29 (currently £33,486) for 35 hours per week (full-time). Annual holiday entitlement is 30 days + 8 days Bank Holidays per annum.
