Calderdale’s children’s centres offer a wide variety of activities and services for families with children aged 0-5.
In the school holidays, there are FREE holiday activities suitable for families, with children up to age 11, across all Centres.

The Big Cook Little Cook course at Illingworth Children’s Centre starts on Thursday 22 January 2015 from 9.30am to 11.30am
Come along and make fun food for you and your family, there will be a different recipe each week. Children aged 2 1/2 and over are included in the session, unfortunately we are unable to offer a creche for younger children for these sessions.
We do have two other Big Cook Little Cook courses running, one on Tuesday 24 February 2015 at Lee Mount Methodist Church in Ovenden from 9.30am to 11.30am and one on Wednesday 25 February 2015 from 9.45am to 11.45am at Holy Nativity Church in Mixenden.
A creche will be provided for children under 2 1/2 on these sessions.

Annual Report 2011 – 2012
2011-2012 was a year of further budget reductions, but the North Halifax Partnership survived largely intact as public sector cuts began to squeeze.
There are so many examples of good work and successes in this Annual Report due to partnership working.
The many achievements reflect not only the hard work of the teams involved but also the many front line public sectors workers they work with.
