Have your say on the future of health and social care services

health improvementTodmorden Town Hall will hold a workshop from 2.30pm to 5pm on Wednesday 4 March 2015 to look at how services in Calderdale could work differently in order to help local people living in the Upper Valley to stay healthy and live independently for longer.

The workshop offers the opportunity to discuss feedback received from patients, carers and local people and to give your views to identify how you think we can work together to deliver services differently.

Places are limited and the last day for registrations is Friday 27 February 2015 so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you would like to attend, please click here to complete an online registration form.
