Our Recovery & Support team at Healthy Minds is excited to bring the people of Calderdale a new-and-improved offer of peer-support groups, drop-ins, activities, workshops and ‘Walks for Wellbeing’ in our January – March 2022 programme!

There is a big range of support on offer across Calderdale to help you stay well, whether you are looking for emotional support, relaxing activities, information, advice, or a way to stay active, we will help you find the right fit for your needs.

Often called the ‘spine’ of Healthy Minds, the service that provides a range of opportunities for people in Calderdale to explore different ways of looking after their wellbeing, from attending peer-support groups to doing gentle activities such as art, meditation, allotment, craft, walking, yoga and more.
