West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership launched a Green Social Prescribing Fund which opened on Tuesday 9th February and closes at 5pm on 2nd March. The Partnership is offering grants of between £5k and £10k for innovative projects that either enable people to access nature-based activities or involve creating new greenspaces in areas of need.
Projects should be specifically aimed at the Partnership’s target groups:
- People living in areas of deprivation
- People from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, including refugees and asylum seekers and gypsy and traveller populations
- People with mental health conditions, learning disabilities or autism
