Keeping Neurodiverse People Connected with Cloverleaf Advocacy

Cloverleaf Advocacy have recently received funding to support adults living in Calderdale and Kirklees who have a learning disability, and/or autism, and/or ADHD.

The project can support the person with information around COVID-19 and make sure they understand what is happening and how to keep themselves safe, and who they should contact in an emergency.

The project will make sure that the person is receiving the correct services if needed and that they are connected with their community.

If you would like to make a referral, or would like more information about the project please contact Charlotte Dimitrov on 01924 454875.
