There is lots going on with Macmillan over the next fortnight, which you are very welcome to get involved in.

- First Steps Cancer Programme December 6th at 9.30am
- Christmas Special Macmillan Coffee time support group December 11 at 2pm
Our Christmas special singing group is in two weeks on election day, 12th December, at 4.30pm in the chapel, HRI. Why not warm up those vocal chords and come and join us?
Tuesday December 3rd is our all day Health and Wellbeing Event for people at the end of treatment at the Southwood Club Halifax from 10am until 2.30pm. If you are at the end of treatment, please contact us to book on and come and find out how you can support yourself moving forward.
Thursday December 5th is our final session of the Thinking Ahead Course for people with incurable cancer – which is going really well and people seem to be benefiting from the course. Course starts at 9.30am.
We also have our Macmillan Health Walk round Greenhead Park on Thursday December 5th, meeting at 12.45pm and then having a coffee in the cafe afterwards.
On Friday December 6th we have our First Steps Cancer Programme, 9.30 til 12pm for people who have been diagnosed with cancer in the last few months, as well as family members. You need to phone Heather Milner on 01484 343490 to book a place for that please.
Lastly we have our Christmas special Macmillan Coffee time support group for anyone affected by cancer and family/friends meeting at the Watermill Pub, Halifax, 2pm til 3.30pm on Wednesday 11th December. Join us for a coffee and food if you would like to order anything.
