Back Onside for Men Training with Halifax RLFC

The Back Onside project is a Sport England funded project offering a range of activities designed for men who haven’t exercised for a while to get back into exercise in a gentle and fun way.

Monday nights, 6.30 – 7.30pm at 3GI Soccer, Shaw Lodge Mill, Halifax, HX3 9ET

Aimed at men aged 35 – 64 years this 10 week programme with Halifax RLFC Foundation is FREE to attend and includes walking, running, touch rugby, netball type games, circuits and dodge ball.
