The pop-up exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of St. Augustine’s Centre and highlights the incredible diversity which makes Calderdale a very special place.
The exhibition displays portraits and stories of people who call Calderdale home, be that through choice, birth or dispersal via the asylum system.
There will also be various pop-up photography sessions where members of the public can add their face and stories to a growing collage and the story of St. Augustine’s Centre, a community centre who welcome all and work particularly with asylum seekers and refugees, will be also be told.
Photography sessions will be on Saturday 16 June, Saturday 14 July and Saturday 28 July, 11.00am-1.00pm.
