The Elizabeth Wadsworth Charity is in need of a Clerk to The Trustee Board.
The candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and ICT skills.
They will be required to ensure the smooth running of the three meetings held annually, preparing the agendas, recording accurate minutes and maintaining the effective governance of the Trustee Board in accordance with Charity Commission guidelines.
It will also be necessary to oversee and organise the general maintenance of the Almshouses and be the first point of contact for the beneficiaries.
The post holder will be responsible for the finances including details of investments and preparing the annual budget.
An honorarium payment is offered of £150 per month.
