Over the course of 4 sessions, this course will explore a range of activities including meditation, gentle yoga and interactive mindfulness activities which enable you to build them into your everyday life. You can either attend one session or book onto all four.
The 4 week course will be on Fridays 12, 19 and 26 January and 2 February, 1pm – 3pm at Bankfield Museum.
