Young people and services play football for CAP Week

The Community Alcohol Partnership which includes West Yorkshire Police, West Yorkshire Fire Service , OSCA Foundation, BusOasis, Project_Twelve ;31 and Together Housing were out and about last week raising awareness in schools, off licences, supermarkets and shops in the Ovenden area to tackle proxy buying and Challenge 25.

Part of the awareness raising was in the form of a friendly football match held at Trinity Academy between young people from the Ovenden area recruited by Calderdale Youth Service and partners from the Community Alcohol Partnership. The match helped get the message across to Young People through sport whilst breaking down barriers between themselves and uniformed services at the same time.
