Writing for Wellbeing: (3 week course)
23 August, 30 August 6 September 2017 11.00-13.00 at Hebden Bridge Town Hall.
In this three week course Health Minds will look at how we might incorporate regular expressive writing into our lives, as well as using the space to explore our own histories and experiences through the written word to aid a range of long term benefits to wellbeing.

Join Healthy Minds for their first ever workshop at their allotment, where we’ll sample some home-grown food, in-between sketching and free writing exercises inspired by the allotment.
25 August, 1.00-3.00 at Voluntary Action Calderdale, Hall St, Halifax.
In this workshop we will explore what it means to have a kinder relationship with ourselves, how we can achieve this and the benefits this can bring; from increased self-esteem & confidence, improved relationships and a brighter outlook.
